When Elena was relocating from Russia to the USA about 30 years ago, she wished that services like those offered today by Globiana or crossculture would have been available back then. She experienced first-hand all the changes that came along with moving across the globe and remembers how she needed support, especially in the beginning. Influenced by these experiences, she acquired an international MBA from Santa Clara University in California, worked in marketing and developed newcomer programs for the tech community in Silicon Valley. Founding Globiana Inc in 2012 made Elena’s vision of a high-end cloud-based training solution supporting the mobile workforce a reality. Her worldwide services have successfully supported global nomads and their families ever since.
