Your Benefits with Assignment Training:

Excellent intercultural training—perfect preparation for the upcoming negotiations and for our continued collaboration with our supplier. The training was exceptionally well-structured and practical. Through realistic case studies and interactive exercises we developed a deep understanding of the cultural differences and unique aspects of the local business culture. From the organization to the follow-up—everything went smoothly and professionally. The training prepared us perfectly for working with our partner and comes highly recommended for any company that wants to succeed internationally!

Over the past few years, crossculture academy has established itself within our company, the ARaymond Network, as THE go-to partner for all needs and questions in an intercultural context. All it takes is an email outlining our needs—for example, “Training on living and working in France in Portuguese”—and the organization practically takes care of itself. Mr. Henkel and his team provide us with tremendous value through their professionalism and absolute reliability. I wouldn’t want to be without crossculture academy as our partner for intercultural training! THANK YOU SO MUCH—you play a major role in the success of our employees’ international assignments within the ARaymond Network! Here’s to many more years!

Highly recommended. Time and money very well spent. My last-minute request was handled very professionally, and the offer was tailored to my availability and the specific topic. The online training already provided valuable insights to help me prepare for my business trip. I was able to use the coaching session to delve deeper into specific topics; I learned a great deal and am now trying to adopt new approaches to my collaboration with the SSC. Despite 30 years of experience in an international setting (Finance & Accounting), I benefited greatly from the training. Sometimes, simply being open-minded isn’t enough to work effectively with other cultures. Thank you, crossculture academy!

We held a webinar/short training session with crossculture academy on the topic of “Working in Virtual International Teams.” Crossculture academy advised us on the content and provided a speaker. Both crossculture academy team’s support in the run-up to the event—helping us identify and narrow down the topics—and their behind-the-scenes organization made our collaboration incredibly smooth, and everything went off without a hitch and at a brisk pace. I would be very happy to collaborate more closely with crossculture academy and look forward to many more great training sessions.

Many thanks to Steffen Henkel and his team. In my view, they are leading experts in the field of intercultural training. Mr. Henkel and his trainers not only provided us with invaluable professional guidance but also played a key role in our success in intercultural business dealings. A solid 5 stars.

The interaction was very pleasant and the assistance was incredibly fast and professional, including finding the right trainer for us: an expert in global, intercultural teamwork who taught us a great deal through a session perfectly tailored to our company. We will continue to strengthen our collaboration!

The training program on intercultural competencies for Merck’s European Works Council was very enriching and informative. It not only provided a deeper understanding of cultural nuances but also created a space for genuine dialogue and shared learning. Solid knowledge, practical exercises, and consideration of our individual backgrounds and perspectives made the training engaging and relevant. The content was perfectly tailored to our international collaboration. In particular, the open and respectful atmosphere made it easy to actively participate and learn from one another. We’re taking away valuable insights: about cultural differences, successful communication in an international context, and about ourselves. The training not only strengthens our collaboration across borders but also our ability to understand and effectively advocate for our colleagues’ interests across cultural boundaries. A training program with lasting impact that I highly recommend!

The intercultural training provided by crossculture academy was received very positively by our entire team—including management. We were particularly impressed by the clear structure, the practical focus, and the trainer’s combination of pedagogical expertise and real-world industry experience. The open dialogue prepared us perfectly for our India project. We highly recommend it.

The Intercultural Teambuilding workshop was very insightful, energizing, and deeply connecting. The preparation included interviews beforehand which helped make the content relevant to our team´s experience. crossculture academy matched us with the right trainer, and it made all the difference. Through reflection, meaningful discussions, and interactive activities, we bonded in a way we never had before. The session gave us a deeper understanding of where our colleagues from different cultures are coming from and inspired many of us to adapt our approach to communication. It was a full day, but people left feeling motivated, understood, and genuinely inspired – an experience that will continue to strengthen how we collaborate across cultures.
