Internship (m/f/d)

Your Skills and Interests:

  • Completed commercial training in HR or office management (or a similar field). Graduates in communication studies, international management, or a comparable degree program are also welcome.

  • Ideally, initial experience in customer service and project management.

  • Ability to work independently, in an organized and structured manner.

  • Personality: a team player, responsible, open-minded, with a professional and friendly demeanor, strong awareness for XXX, and a genuine willingness to help.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Very good command of English and German (B2 level); additional languages are an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Organize intercultural trainings worldwide (in-person and virtual).

  • Handle the administrative preparation and follow-up of trainings—from first participant contact and coordination with clients and trainers through to invoicing.
  • Book seminar rooms and hotel accommodation for our trainers.
  • Collect participant feedback and conduct debriefs with trainers.
  • Schedule trainer assignments according to client requirements.
  • Maintain complete order documentation.
  • Keep project data and timelines up to date in the seminar calendar and CRM system.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, trainers, and participants.

  • Manage invitations and participant registrations.
